The ideal candidate will have grocery/fresh foods retail management experience in a similar position, team leader qualities, good motivation skills, maintain and improve store standards, working knowledge of employment , health and safety regulations, HACCP and consumer legalisation. This role is best suited to a hard working highly motivated individual who can work on their own initiative.
