- Develop standard 10 20 70 solutions for competencies on People Capability enhancement and customize solutions for business growth
- Analyze and identify additional development needs of people to serve business direction
- Customize and facilitate the additional 10 20 70 learning programs
- Gather feedback and analyze learning effectiveness for improvement
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor/Master degree with experienced in HRD job function at least 3 years (Required G.P.A. > 2.70 for Bachelor and G.P.A. > 3.30 for Master).
- Good command of English (TOEIC at least 550/IELTS at least 4.0/TOEFL at least 31).
- Knowledge of L&D Interventions/Solutions, HRD, HRM Process & System and SCGP Business Acumen
- Have a skill of Self-organized and highly commit to target ,Logical & conceptual Thinking
- Good Communication skill
- Inter-personal Teamwork & Collaboration
