Job Description

• Talk with the countries involved in LATAM in order to understand their needs, align them transversally by creating a LATAM calendar.
• Avoid inconsistencies in terms of CMS changes while fully coordinating needs with their web mastering agency.
• Regroup on a regular cadence with the Hub leads.
• Align to different countries’ needs.
• Raise tickets on Jira and do regular follow-ups until the issue has been fixed.
• Ensure that the content updates across different sites in the Hub are consistent.
• Regroup with Global or Local Teams to discuss initiatives.
• The person would be fully accountable for the different decisions being taken by different markets/countries and should be coordinating the different technical enhancements.
• Strategize and prepare the roadmap, supervise and monitor the daily progress.
• Regular communication with different stakeholders.
• Oversee the different campaigns across different calendars.
• Should have high level technical understanding that would help in Enhancements.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills – The primary skill needed for the position is communication skills, as the role demands constant communication with different stakeholders across different countries.
• Proficient in Spanish – A major part of the stakeholders involved would have Spanish as their primary language of communication. And thus, the person should be fluent in Spanish.
• Proficient in English – The position would demand communication with Global Loreal Teams and leaders, and thus, he/she should be fluent in English.

Should have project management skills who would be able to align with different countries across Latam.
