As the Retail Business Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects from planning, and production to retail operations. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategies that optimize production, sales, enhance the customer experience, and drive profitability. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Drive sales growth by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and formulating effective marketing and promotional strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure a reliable and high-quality product assortment.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Lead and inspire a team of retail professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and manage the retail budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure seamless operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas to enhance the retail business.

Salary: Rs300,000.00 - Rs4,500,000.00 per month
