About the job.
As a Dishwasher, your primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen items, including dishes, glassware, plates, serving dishes, utensils, and equipment. Your role is essential in supporting the kitchen team by upholding basic food safety and hygiene standards.

What you'll be doing.
- Completing all specified opening setup, closing shutdown, and side duties in a timely and thorough manner to ensure smooth operations
- Properly sanitizing dishes, whether using a dishwasher or handwashing, to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Regularly washing work tables, cupboards, and appliances to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and a professional appearance in the kitchen
- Sweeping and mopping floors regularly to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment free from debris or spills
- Removing trash, clearing kitchen garbage containers, and properly handling recycling and compost materials to maintain cleanliness
- Ensuring equipment, dishes, and utensils are placed in their designated storage areas to maintain order and ease of access
- Following resort protocols to dispose of broken glass safely, minimizing the risk of accidents or injuries
