Position: Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities by engaging potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Educate clients on insurance products and services offered, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate coverage options, providing clear explanations and addressing any questions or concerns.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient communication.

Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.

Stay abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to continuously improve and succeed. Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems.

Must have or be willing to obtain relevant insurance licenses in accordance with state regulations.
