Background:
De Faire Medical is a company based in Uppsala with an international organization. The company has recently commercialized their first product and is in an intensive growth phase. In order to handle the increasing complexity of their business, they now need to strengthen their organization with a competent Supply Chain Manager.
De Faire Medical commercialized their first products in 2022, and is now in a rapid expansion phase. The business is international: 99% of sales are exported and production is located outside Sweden. In the team there will be colleagues with an international background, and since de Faire Medical works on an international market the business language is English. Their main product is Myrkl, launched July 2022.
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Central to being successful in the role is that you have experience of working with contract manufacturers (CoMa) and with logistics.
- Daily contact with the production plants (UK, Belgium), warehouses (Manchester, Shanghai, Poland, the US).
- Part of the service includes reviewing the current warehouse and logistics structure and proposing improvements.
- Misc. administrative tasks, handling bar codes etc.
In this role you report directly to the CEO, at de Faire Medical.
Who are you:
- Min. 3-5 years of relevant work experience for this role
- Proven record setting up and handling logistic flow in several markets (outside Sweden)
- Entrepreneurial attitude, like to work in a small company with expansion plans
- Experience from working in international companies/markets. Any experience of dealing with international retail is meritorious, but not a demand.
- Experience of developing Forecasting processes
- Preferably experience from working with life science, biopharma
- Taking own initiatives and having a lot of drive
- Fluent in English – and preferable other languages
De Faire Medical’s Sweden office is located in Librobäck, Uppsala.
This is a 100% full-time position, with a permanent employment at de Faire Medical.
Travel occurs from time to time. De Faire has a hybrid working model with 3-4 days/week in the Uppsala office.
