JOB ROLE: MARKETING & SALES EXECUTIVE
LOCATION: VICTORIA ISLAND LAGOS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the Business Development & Sales Manager and Strategy Team on all Marketing and Sales matters affecting all aspects of the Employer’s business or that of its subsidiaries and affiliates (the Group).
- Proactively identifying appropriate sales and marketing opportunities/relationships for the Company’s target corporate and individual clients, and assisting in the creation of pitch documents and proposals addressing client needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Providing accurate and timely responses to client inquiries with a view to converting inquiries to sales.
- Identifying and participating in conferences and events to promote the company; drive investment, sales or leasing of the Company’s properties; and gather essential information on market activities and trends.
- Assisting in the development of marketing campaigns and contributing to the Company’s media communication activities such as advertisements, marketing brochures, and website content development.
- Managing external and internal communications on the progress and development of the organization, by preparing internal management reports and external emails/newsletters
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2.1 or its equivalent in any relevant education. Advanced degrees appreciated in business, marketing or related field will be an added advantage.
- Out of country experience either through education or employment is an added advantage
- Minimum 4 -6 years prior experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong business writing and negotiation skills
- Emotional Intelligence
- Teamwork and problem solving to achieve goals
- Well organized with good prioritization/workload management abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦400,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
