The candidate will be required to
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails,
- Office maintenance.
- Perform data entry and general administrative matters.
- Perform Stocktaking & inventory checks.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Minimum ITE / Diploma in Business Administration, or relevant field of studies.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
- Proficient in various computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Salary: $1,900.00 - $2,200.00 per month
