As a Sales Executive, you're a pivotal driver of business growth, actively generating leads, sales opportunities, and acquiring new clients. Collaborating closely with hotels and your Regional Sales Manager, you identify potential prospects, ensuring a perfect match between clients and hotel offerings. Strategizing for success, you aim to achieve set sales targets effortlessly. Nurturing client relationships is vital, fostering satisfaction, loyalty, and enduring partnerships. Together with the Sales team, you organise remarkable client events, showcasing your organisational prowess and dedication to memorable experiences. You also engage in networking events and trade fairs, passionately representing our properties.

You will report to the regional sales manager and will work for both the Crown Hotel Eindhoven and the Holiday Inn Eindhoven Centre.

Overall, the Sales Executive will:
  • Actively contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation through strategic initiatives and targeted actions.
  • Take ownership of lead generation, sales opportunities, and client acquisition by proactively identifying and pursuing potential clients.
  • Collaborate with hotels and the Regional Sales Manager to identify ideal opportunities, matching clients with suitable hotel offerings, and devising effective strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships within the assigned client portfolio, ensuring strong client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
  • Plan and coordinate client events to foster engagement, enhance relationships, and promote our properties.
  • Represent our properties at various networking events and trade fairs, actively seeking opportunities for brand exposure, business partnerships, and lead generation.
  • Provide regular reports to the Regional Sales Manager, offering comprehensive updates on activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Work closely with both the Crown Hotel Eindhoven and the Holiday Inn Eindhoven Centre, effectively balancing responsibilities and contributing to the success of both properties.

  • Holds a relevant completed education that serves as a strong foundation, providing a comprehensive understanding of the required knowledge and skills.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and target-minded approach, consistently striving to achieve and surpass set goals and objectives.
  • Possesses a strong ambition to excel and make a significant impact on their professional journey, driving themselves and their team towards success.
  • Shows remarkable stress resilience and adaptability, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments while maintaining a composed and focused mindset.
  • Embodies a commercial and market-oriented mindset, consistently seeking opportunities to capitalise on market trends and maximise business growth.
  • Ideally brings 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • Has a genuine affinity with or valuable experience in the hospitality industry, coupled with a well-established network in the vibrant business area of Eindhoven.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, adept at effectively conveying ideas and building strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including influential leaders, team members, and external partners.
  • Who is fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Who lives in the Eindhoven area.
