Corporate Training Manager [Thailand]


 

Job Description

Corporate Training Manager is a key role that responsible for identifying and assessing training needs within an organization, developing training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance Allstars skills and performance. The responsibilities include designing the right leadership solutions to accommodate the needs of the Academy’s external customers before serving them with professional training delivery services. He/she will also be responsible for monitoring industry trends and performing research into training techniques, training curriculum, and learning activities.


  • Assess the needs of a business, implement training and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce.

  • Organize Leadership, Managerial and Leadership Skill Training based on initiated Training Roadmap.

  • Proactively identify people development or leadership solutions to manage existing changes or equip our Allstars for future changes.

  • Responsible for identifying and anticipating learning needs that support organizational growth and change by consulting with HR partners, business leaders, and other key stakeholders.

  • Identify trends and diagnose potential organizational development or potential improvement areas.

  • Propose initiatives and programs that support company goals.

  • Use performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs per department, team, and individual.

  • Design the training and development strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Deliver leadership, managerial, and general skill training programs within an organization.

  • Consult with leaders on coaching and development of their people. Provide leadership development education, cross-functional.

  • Work collaboratively with Business Development Team to assess and qualify customers’ training needs and expectations.

  • Design and develop leadership training, learning activity, and team building programs based on customer’s training needs and expectations analysis.

  • Oversee the total delivery of all leadership training, learning activity, and team building programs organized for the academy’s customers.

  • Ensure that post-training evaluation is communicated for further development and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Management, Human Resources, Education, Lifelong Learning, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field

  • At least 7 years experience in corporate training, HR development, or leading change initiatives in the organization

  • Certified Coach or Leadership Training Programs such as Situational Leadership, Project Management, Leadership Greatness, 7 Habits for Highly Effective People, and Design Thinking, will be a plus

  • Excellent Facilitation Skills with a proven track record of successful corporate training facilitation or organizing a number of team building activities.

  • Computer literacy; Microsoft Office, Search Engine Programs, Story Line, Social Media Communication Applications, Photoshop, any Movie Maker programs, etc.

  • Very good command of written and spoken English and Th

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a very good command of written and spoken English and Thai

  • Proficiency in preparing, interpreting, and making decisions and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization

  • Ability to work independently, hardworking and have high responsibilities

  • Attentive to details, well-organized, and well cope with multiple assignments
